Leak test devices and leak testing systems

For industrial leak test applications, as for any production process, the objective is to establish the most economic solution for a particular requirement. For leak testing this means to define the correct test specification (testing only as accurately as required) and to select the most suitable testing method.

The demand for NO LEAK cannot be met by any production part. Therfore an acceptable leakage rate has to be defined. Compare the real existing leakage as precise as possible to the tolerance that's the task for HeMaTech leak testers.

Accredited Calibration Lab

The calibration laboratory of HeMaTech Prüftechnik is accredited to  DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. For the measurand "pressure" (leak testers and pressure sensors) we can issue accredited calibration certificates - also on site at your premises.
